摘　　要：发酵工程是生物类专业的核心课程,具有较强的实践性、工程性和综合性。在应用型人才培养模式下,该文对发酵工程教学内容、教学方法和考核方式等方面进行教学改革与实践,进一步提高发酵工程的教学质量,提高学生的实践能力和综合素质,从而实现培养应用型人才的目标。Fermentation engineering is prehensive characteristics. Under the the main course of biological major with strong practice, engineering and cornapplied talents training mode, this paper carries out educational reforms and practice in teaching contents, teaching methods and assessment contents in fermentation engineering to improve students practical ability and comprehensive quality to realize the goal of cultivating applied talents.
