国外媒体涉华政策传播的话语框架与语义策略

摘　　要：[目的/意义]理清国外媒体涉华报道的话语生产过程、建构形象的方式策略,是中国走出形象传播困境的方式之一。[方法/过程]基于国外媒体新闻报道语料库,采用批判话语分析的研究方法,从主题词分析、搭配词分析、话语韵三个层面出发,考察计划生育政策话语生产。[结果/结论]研究发现,计划生育政策的话语生产是新闻媒体与政治权力共同参与的结果。从政策变迁过程中的主题词选择,到搭配词的语义特征有意凸显,再到语篇中消极语境生成,国外媒体搭建"点-线-面"的话语框架,建构并传播相对负面的中国形象。[ Purpose/Signifieanee ] To help China out the dilemma of image communication internationally, it is highly important to sort out the discourse production process and identify the image construction strategy of foreign media in China-related reports. [ Method/ Process] Based on the foreign media news corpus, this paper adopts the research method of critical discourse analysis to study the relation- ship between ＂family planning policy＂ discourse production and national image from the 3 aspects of keyword analysis, collocation analy- sis and discourse rhyme. [ Result/Conclusion] The study found out that the discourse production of ＂family planning policy＂ is the result of the joint participation of news media and political power. From the choice of keywords in the process of policy change, to the semantic features of collocations, and then to the negative context in the discourse, foreign media built up the discourse framework of ＂point-line -surface＂, constructed and disseminated a retativety negative image of China.
