摘　　要：外壳防护等级(IP代码)是将产品依其防尘、防止外物侵入、防水、防湿气之特性加以分级。IP X1、X2装置滴水实验系统能够完成防水等级为1和2的防护试验。论述了工作原理和试验流程,进行了整体方案设计、关键部位设计和滴水量控制研究,满足了试验要求,解决了滴水针头堵塞问题。Enclosure protection degree is graded according to the characteristics of product. The characteristics include preventing dust,foreign matters,water and moisture. IP X1 ,X2 device of Drop Test System can complete 1 and 2 class protection experiment. It describes work principles and the process of experiment, carries on the overall program design the key parts design and the study on control of drip volume. It meets the test requirements and solve the problem of the pinhead blockage.
