摘 要:研究一种石墨烯银复合织物电极的制备方法及其性能。观察并分析了不同石墨烯添加量对基材微观形态的影响;通过单因素试验,得出了较优的磁控溅射织物电极制备工艺。通过生物兼容性测试得出:石墨烯银复合层作为织物电极导电层能够很好地采集到生物电信号,且并没有呈现细胞毒性,能满足医疗体外材料的测试标准。认为:制备的织物电极能够应用于针对人体生理状态实时监测的穿戴式医疗设备。The preparation method of a graphene silver composite fabric electrode and its properties were studied. The influences of different additive amounts for graphene on the micromorphology of base material were observed and analyzed. Through single factor experiment, the best preparation process of magnetron sputtering fabric electrode was obtained. The biocompatibility test results show that the graphene silver composite layer as the conducting layer of fabric electrode can well collect the bioelectricity signal. Moreover,it does not have cyto- toxicity,which can meet the test standard for medical in vitro material. It is considered that the fabric electrode prepared can be applied as apparel medical equipment aimed at real time monitoring for the physiological status of the body.
