摘　　要：图书馆员数字化生存是指馆员在互联网环境中以数字化符号为中介从事的有意识、有目的的生存发展活动,是其拓展个人生存价值、实现个人生命发展的生存活动。图书馆员数字化生存为馆员提供了一种全新的生存发展途径,是对其现实生存的拓展和丰富,具有独特的特征和属性,表现为符号化的主体、数字化的媒介、交互性的过程、超现实的空间以及沉浸性的体验等。图书馆员数字化生存的意义和价值体现在:提升图书馆员的主观幸福感,推动图书馆员技术素养的培养,提高图书馆服务质量,打造图书馆信息文化。Digital survival of librarian means that librarians do the conscious and purposive survival and development activities mediated through digital symbols in the Internet environment, which are the survival activities of librarian to develop individual survival value and achieve the development of per^nal life. Digital survival of librarian provides a new route of survival and development for librarian, expands and enriches the realistic survival of li- brarian, has its own features and attributes, and it is characterized by symbolic subject, digital media, interactive process, surreal space, immersive ex- perience, etc. The importance and value of digital survival of librarian lies in enhancing the subjective welbbeing of librarian, promoting the cultivation of librarian＇s technology literacy, improving service quality of library and creating information culture of library.
