开放式创新与中国制造业企业创新绩效:基于世界银行企业调查数据的实证分析

摘　　要：基于2012年世界银行中国-企业调查制造业板块的调查数据,对开放式创新与企业创新绩效的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明:开放式创新行为与程度均对企业创新绩效有显著的正向影响;此外,研发投入强度、是否有国际认证和是否从国外引进技术对企业创新绩效均有显著的正向影响。Enterprise is the main body of technical innovation. As a new approach of getting resources, open innovation is the key to guarantee rapid development of enterprises and obtain competitive advantage. This paper is based on 2012 survey data of Chinese enterprises of the World Bank in manufacturing industry and does empirical research on the relationship between open innovation and innovation performance of enterprises. The research result indicates that both behavior and degree of open innovation have significant positive influence on innovation performance of enterprises. In addition, amount of research ＆ development investment, international certification and technology import from foreign countries have significant positive influence on innovation performance of enterprises.
