摘  要:以安徽省16个地级市为研究单元,通过空间自相关分析,发现各地级市创新产出间存在正向的空间相关性,并将这16个地级市划分为不同类型区域;在此基础上,运用地理加权模型兼与OLS模型进行比较,探索不同创新要素对安徽省创新产出的影响及其空间差异性。研究结果表明:R&D人员占比与创新产出呈正相关关系,且影响最为显著;而R&D经费支出占比、工业企业R&D项目数占比和每万元GDP中地方政府对创新活动资金投入对创新产出的影响有正有负。With the help of exploratory spatial data analysis methods, we analyzed the phenomenon of innovation elements agglomeration in Anhui, found that there is a positive correlation between the level of innovation and output. Through the Moran scatter plots and local indicators LISA cluster table, Anhui can be divided into different types: HH region, LL region and LH region. On the basis of comparison with the ordinary least square ( OLS ) , we used the empirical analysis method of geographic weighted regression ( GWR ) to study the effect of different innovation elements on regional innovation output. The results show that R&D personnel ratio is significantly and positively related to innovation output, while the impact of R&D expenditure ratio, industrial enterprises R&D project ratio and capital investment of local government in every 10, 000 yuan of GDP have both positive and negative output on innovation output.
