摘　　要：以普通本科高校应用型创新人才培养目标为依据,结合玉林师范学院电子信息类专业人才培养建设,从优化培养方案和校企合作创建实践基地建设等方面进行探讨,以增强学生的创新能力和提高学生对未来社会岗位适应性为目的,建立有效的适合西部普通本科高校电子信息类专业应用型创新人才培养的途径。Based on the ordinary universities of applied innovative talents training goal, and combined with the talents cultivation of the electronic information engineering construction of YnLin Normal University, we discusse the training schemeand university-enterprise cooperation which are to enhance the innovative ability of students and improve students＇ adaptability to post of the future society, and establish an effective way which is suitable for ordinary universities in western to the training of electronic and information applied innovative talents.
