摘 要:目前,三维打印已应用于口腔修复领域内的诸多方面,可制作模型、蜡型、导板、修复体和个性化种植体,常见成形原理包括光固化成形、烧结成形、熔凝成形,打印材料包括纯蜡、树脂基复合材料、金属和陶瓷,但打印精度及多种材料一体化打印制品的强度有待提高。三维打印制作口腔修复体的优势在于定制功能化的仿生结构,但相关研究尚处于起步阶段。现简要总结口腔修复领域常用三维打印工艺,并详述三维打印在国内外口腔修复临床的应用现状与评价,为临床决策及进一步研发提供参考。At present, three-dimensional (3D) printing has been applied in many aspects in the field of prosthodontics, such as dental models, wax patterns, guide plates, dental restoration and customized implants. The common forming principles include light curing, sintering and inching-condensation, the materials include pure wax, resin, metal and ceramics. However, the printing precision and the strength of multi-material integrated forming, remains to be improved. In addition, as a technology by which the internal structure of a material can be customized manafactm-ing, further advantage of 3D printing used in the manufacture of dental restoration lies in the customization functional bionic micro-structures, but the related research is still in its infancy. The review briefly summarizes the commonly used 3D printing crafts in prosthetic dentistry, and details clinical applications and evaluations, provides references for clinical decision and further research.
