基于微性状法的海金沙掺假研究

摘　　要：目的:对市场上海金沙的真伪优劣进行研究。方法:采用中药微性状鉴定法和电脑识别技术对市场收集的18批次海金沙进行快速鉴别。结果:7个批次样品为正品,其余均为不合格品,不合格率占61%。结论:海金沙市场掺假严重,微性状法可以鉴别正品海金沙与掺假海金沙。Objective：To study the authenticity of Lygodium japonicum（Thunb.） Sw.in the market.Methods：A rapid identification of 18 batches of Lygodium japonicum（Thunb.） Sw.were carried out by using the microscope character identification method and computer technology.Results：Only seven batches of samples were identified as the genuine while the rest were unqualified,the failure rate was 61%.Conclusion：The adulteration of Lygodium japonicum（Thunb.） Sw.in the market was serious and the microscope character identification method can identify the genuine and adulterated Lygodium japonicum（Thunb.） Sw.
