摘　　要：目的探讨适形调强放疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法选取2014年6月至2016年6月间广东省佛山市第一人民医院收治的80例非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。观察组患者采用适形调强放疗治疗,对照组患者采用常规三维适形放疗治疗,比较并分析两组患者的临床疗效、生存率及生活质量。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为72.5%,明显高于对照组患者的32.5%;观察组患者治疗半年后生存质量评分明显优于对照组患者;观察组患者半年内的生存率为77.5%,高于对照组患者的42.5%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论适形调强放疗在非小细胞肺癌治疗中临床效果好,有助于延长生存时间,改善生存质量,在肿瘤放疗治疗中有较高的安全性和有效性。Objective To explore efficacy of conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy （IMRT） for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods Select 80 NSCLC patients treated at The First People＇s Hospital of Foshan City from June 2014 to June 2016 as the research subjects. Using a random number table, patients were divided into an observation group and a control group with 40 patients in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with conformal IMRT and patients in the control group were treated with routine three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Clinical efficacy survival rate and quality of life were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The overall efficacy rate was significantly higher in the observation group （72. 5% ） than in the control group （32. 5% ）. The quality of life score at 6 months after the treatment was obviously better in the observation group than the control group （P 〈0. 05）. The 6-month survival rate is much higher in the observation group （77. 5% ） than in the con- trol group （ 42. 5% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Conformal IMRT has significant clinical efficacy for NSCLC, which helps to prolong the survival time, improve the quality of life, and is safe and effective in tumor radiation therapy.
