摘　　要：通过查阅文献(1996~2016),对文献进行系统分析总结,介绍了中药色素类成分的有效成分、药理作用和中药色素类制剂(红花黄色素注射剂)不良反应(ADR)特点,及引起其ADR的因素和潜在原因,为临床安全合理用药提供参考,同时提示临床工作者应掌握中药色素类成分引发ADR因素和控制ADR办法,达到合理用药的目的。We systematically analyse and summarize on the liter- ature（ 1996-2016） by reading and analysing them. Active ingre- dients and pharmacological activity of traditional Chinese medi- cine pigment composition（ Saffower Yellower Injection） is intro- duced and its response characteristics, factors and potential cau- ses of ADR are revealed, which provides the reference for safe, rational clinical management of drugs. Also it reminds that clini-cians should master the characteristics of adverse reactions oftraditional Chinese medicine pigment and grasp the ADR poten-tial causes and control measures, in order to reach the goal of ra-tional drug use.
