摘  要:荧光适配体技术是手印显现的最新热点之一。本文阐述了针对手印物质中广泛存在的溶菌酶,合成结合溶茵酶的单链DNA适配体,并在适配体连接上荧光素制成溶茵酶适配体-荧光素复合物(LBA-FA:M),在适当的条件下,使用LBA-FAM对多种客体上的手印进行显现。显现结果证明:LBA-FAM能够显现多种客体上的手印,尽管手印显现效果有待提高,但事实证明:免疫学及适配体方法为手印显现开辟了一条新的途径。Fluorescent aptamer is now being used to develop fingermark, making its application one of the most novel techniques for fingermark detection. This paper describes an original approach to visualize fingermark through an aptamer complex targeting the lysozyme, one protein being universally existed in hximan sweat. A fluorescent reagent, FAM, is bound on the other end of the newly-born aptamer complex to bring forth an assemblage named as LBA-FAM. A variety of surfaces carrying deposited fingermarks have been tested to detect with LBA-FAM,showing the LBA-FAM has successfully developed fingermarks left on several surfaces. This work proved that immune-plus-aptamer approach is promising for fingermark detection though further efforts should be attempted to improve the effect.
