摘 要:目的研究谷氨酸钠诱导的肥胖大鼠下丘脑腹内侧核区和腹外侧核区胃动素阳性细胞的表达情况。方法 2014年11月—2015年6月期间从山东鲁抗制药有限责任公司购买60只刚出生的雄性Wistar大鼠随机平分为实验组和对照组(各30只),在第2、4、6、8、10天分别皮下注射等量谷氨酸钠和生理盐水。大鼠饲养至90 d时,取下丘脑行免疫组化染色,观察胃动素在下丘脑腹内侧核区、腹外侧核区的表达情况。结果实验组有29只大鼠呈肥胖状态,显示谷氨酸钠诱导大鼠有98%因能量失衡呈肥胖状态;同时免疫组化评分显示:实验组和对照组的腹内侧核区、腹外侧核区阳性细胞率和中位数分别为(2.68±1.61)和2.12、(4.79±2.92)和4.67、(1.52±1.31)和1.44、(2.14±1.13)和1.62,实验组腹内侧核和腹外侧核胃动素阳性细胞与对照组相比均明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组腹外侧核比腹内侧核胃动素阳性细胞增加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组大鼠下丘脑腹内侧核和腹外侧核胃动素阳性细胞之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论谷氨酸钠诱导的肥胖大鼠可以引起下丘脑腹内侧核区、腹外侧核区胃动素的表达增强。Objective To study on ex p res sion of motil in in ven trom ed ia l and la te ra l n u c leu s of hypothalamus of ra t obesity? induced by glutamic sodium.Methods In November 2 0 1 4 to Ju n e 2 015 from shandong a n t i - lu p h a rm a c eu t ic a l co., LTD buy 60 newborn male Wis tar rats randomly divided into experimental group and control group (30),on day 2,4,6,8,10 respectively were injected with normal sal ine and sodium glutamate.The 90 day, hypothalamus were performed immunohis tochemical staining, observe the expres sion of motil in in hypothalamus of intra-abdominal , lateral nucleus.
