摘　　要：目的:探讨雌激素受体亚型β(ERβ)在乳腺癌、癌旁组织中的表达及其与临床病理的相关性。方法:选取2010年1月至2012年10月在我院接受手术治疗的97例乳腺癌及其癌旁组织标本进行实验研究,采用免疫组化染色检测乳腺癌、癌旁组织的ERβ表达情况,并探讨癌组织标本中ERβ表达与患者的临床病理特征关系。结果:乳腺癌组织中ERβ蛋白表达阳性60例(61.86%),ERβ表达阴性37例(38.14%),癌旁组织中ERβ阳性表达90例(92.78%),阴性表达7例(7.22%),两种组织标本中的ERβ阳性表达率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌低分化组织中ERβ蛋白阳性表达率为46.00%,低于中、高分化组织的78.72%(P<0.05);浸润性导管癌的ERβ蛋白阳性表达率为5 6.9 6%,低于其他病理类型的83.33%(P<0.05);Ki-67蛋白阳性表达乳腺癌组织中ERβ蛋白阳性表达率为52.63%,低于Ki-67蛋白阴性表达组织中的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论:ERβ在乳腺癌组织中的表达程度降低,并且与乳腺癌的分化程度、病理学类型、Ki-67表达程度具有一定的关系。Objective：To investigate the expression of estrogen receptor beta （ER beta ） in breast cancer and ad-jacent tissues and its clinical significance. Methods： From January 2010 to October 2012,97 cases of breast cancer and adjacent tissue samples from our hospital were studied. The expression of ERβ in breast cancer and adjacent tis-sues was detected by immunohistochemical staining,and the relationship between the expression of ERp and the clini- copathological characteristics of the patients with carcinoma tissue was studied. Results ： There were 60 cases of posi-tive expression of ERβ protein in breast cancer tissues （61.8 6 % ） ,the expression of ERβ was negative in 37 cases （38. 14% ）. ER beta positive expression in adjacent tissues had 90 cases （92. 78% ） ,7 cases of negative expression （ 7. 22% ） . Two ER beta expression difference in tissues was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The positive expres-sion rate of ER beta in poor differentiation of breast cancer （46. 00% ） was lower than middle - well differentiation （78. 72% ） （P 〈0. 05）. ERβ protein positive expression rate in invasive ductal carcinoma was 56. 96 % ,which was lower than that of other pathological types （ 83. 33 % ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Positive expression rate of ERβ protein in breast cancer tissues with positive expression of Ki -67 protein （52. 6 3 % ） was lower than that of Ki - 67 protein negative expression （75. 00% ） （ P 〈0. 05） . Conclusion： The expression level of ERβ in breast cancer was d ec rea sed , which was related to the degree of differentiation, histological type and Ki -67 expression.
