榄香烯口服乳联合替吉奥胶囊治疗老年晚期胃癌

摘　　要：目的:观察榄香烯口服乳联合替吉奥胶囊治疗老年晚期胃癌的客观疗效和毒副反应。方法:收集2012年5月至2015年5月本院肿瘤科收治的68例晚期胃癌患者,并随机分为两组,观察组34例,对照组34例。观察组给予替吉奥胶囊联合榄香烯口服乳治疗,对照组给予替吉奥胶囊。每例受试者至少2周期治疗后进行一次疗效评价,并评价患者的生活质量,记录患者出现的毒副反应。结果:观察组患者治疗的有效率为61.76%,明显高于对照组患者的44.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的生活质量明显优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的消化道反应发生率和骨髓抑制发生率显著低于对照组,且无Ⅲ度以上毒副反应,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:榄香烯口服乳联合替吉奥胶囊治疗老年晚期胃癌,能增加化疗有效率,且降低化疗毒副反应,患者获益显著。Objective: To observe effects and adverse reactions of Elemene Oral Emulusion combined with S-1 in the treatment of elderly advanced gastric cancer. Methods: Select 68 cases with elderly advanced gastric cancer in the department of Oncology from May 2012 to May 2015. All patients were divided into observation group( 34 cases) and control group( 34 cases). The patients of control group were treated by S-1,and the patients of observation group were treated by Elemene Oral Emulusion and S-1. Give a treatment efficacy evaluation to each subject at least two cycles. Evaluate the quality of life,record the side effects. Results: The treatment effective rate of observation group was 61. 76%,significantly higher than the control group(44. 12%). The difference was statistically significant( P <0. 05). The quality of life of observation group was obviously better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The rates of digestive tract reaction and bone marrow suppression of observation group were obviously lower than the control group. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Elemene Oral Emulusion combined with S-1 was effective and well-tolerated for the elderly advanced gastric carcinoma.
