摘　　要：目前,年轻早期宫颈癌患者大都会考虑保留生育功能手术,"二孩"政策的出台使得这一意愿更加强烈。近些年,在保留卵巢方面新的进展,让更多宫颈癌患者免受切除卵巢带来的痛苦。本文浅谈宫颈癌保留卵巢手术的必要性、适应证、安全性、手术方式等问题,为临床上年轻患者早期宫颈癌保留卵巢手术提供参考。At present, young patients with early cervical cancer will consider to retain fertility, and the introduction of the two-child policy makes this will more and more intense. New progress has been made in preserving ovary in recent years, leaving more patients free from the pain of ovariectomy. This article discusses the necessity, indications, safety and surgical methods of ovarian preservation surgery, and provides reference for young patients with early cervical cancer.
