摘　　要：乳糜样腹水是妇科腹盆腔淋巴结切除术后的罕见并发症。本文基于国内外的研究现状,从解剖、病因、发病机制、临床表现介绍了腹盆腔淋巴结切除术出现的乳糜样腹水,总结了目前乳糜样腹水的诊断和治疗的方法,并对在妇科手术如何预防乳糜样腹水提出了一些自己的见解。Chylous ascites is an infrequent complication of gynecological abdominal pelvic lymphadenectomy. Based on the present researches at home and abroad, this paper introduces chylous ascites caused by abdominal pelvic lymphadenectomy from anatomy, etiology, pathogenesis and clinical manifestation and summarizes the current methods of diagnosis and treatment of chylous ascites and presented some of our views of how to prevent it during surgery.
