摘  要:短程反硝化聚磷菌(DPAOs)的驯化方法主要包括两阶段驯化法和三阶段驯化法。以模拟生活污水作为处理对象,利用序批式活性污泥反应器(SBR)进行DPAOs快速驯化方法对比研究。试验结果表明:两阶段驯化法出水中总磷(TP)质量浓度为0.789mg/L;三阶段驯化法亚硝酸盐氮、TP、COD去除率分别为94.73%、95.47%、89.96%,其出水质量浓度分别为1.311、0.453、17.072mg/L,达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。采用三阶段驯化法对DPAOs的驯化更加有利,缺氧阶段开始时外碳源浓度是两种驯化方法结果产生差异的主要因素。The acclimation means of short-cut denitrifying polyphosphate-accumulating organisms (DPAOs) mainly included two-phase acclimation and three-phase acclimation. Comparative study on rapid domestication of DPAOs by sequencing batch activated sludge reactor (SBR) with simulated domestic wastewater was conducted in this study. The results showed that the effluent concentration of TP was 0.789 mg/L in two-phase acclimation. The removal rates of nitrite nitrogen,TP and COD were 94.73%, 95.47% and 89.96 % in three-phase acclimation, with their effluent concentrations 1.311,0.453 and 17.072 mg/L, respectively, reaching Grade A of the first level standard oPDischarge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant,(GB 18918-2002). The three-stage ac-climation method was more favorable for the acclimation of DPAOs. The external carbon source concentration at the be-ginning of the anoxic phase was a major factor for the difference between the results of the two acclimation methods.
