基于RFID技术的区域性高值医用耗材集中配送体系构建探究

摘　　要：目的:运用先进信息管理技术,构建"一票制"模式下的区域性高值医用耗材集中配送信息管理体系。方法:引入射频识别(RFID)应用模型,基于RFID技术、全球定位系统(GPS)卫星通讯技术、无线局域网(WIFI)技术以及IP等技术,实现高值医用耗材生产企业、第三方区域性配送中心、医疗机构和政府主管部门之间数据的互联互通、实时通讯,从而构建能通过电子邮件、短信、微信和APP移动办公的区域性高值医用耗材集中配送体系。结果:以RFID标签为信息载体,在生产、采购配送和使用等各环节进行信息的追加,实现对集中配送模式下高值医用耗材全生命周期的动态监管。结论:基于RFID技术的高值医用耗材集中配送体系的应用,能够极大提升高值医用耗材管理的规范化、透明化和信息化水平。Objective： To explore and construct the centralized distribution system of regional high value medical consumables under the “One Receipt” mode by using the advanced information management technique. Methods： Through the introduction of radio frequency identification（RFID） to realize the data interconnection and real-time communication among manufacturing enterprises of high value medical consumables, the regional distribution centers of third party, medical institutions and competent department of government based on the techniques of RFID, global position system（GPS）, wireless FIdelity（WIFI）, internet protocol（IP） and so on. Consequently, the centralized distribution system of regional high value medical consumables with the characteristic of mobile offices was constructed by using E-mails, short messages, Wechat and application（APP）. Results： RFID tag was used as the information carrier to appending information in all links including of production, purchase, distribution and utilization. And then, a dynamic supervision of whole course about high-value medical consumables under centralized distribution system was realized and implemented. Conclusion： The application of RFID-based centralized distribution system of high-value medical consumables greatly contributes to enhance the management level in standardization, transparency and informatization.
