可乐定透皮贴剂联合盐酸硫必利治疗儿童抽动障碍的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的比较单独用盐酸硫必利和应用盐酸硫必利联合可乐定透皮贴剂治疗儿童抽动障碍(TD)的疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2016年8月河北省儿童医院神经内科门诊就诊的TD患儿107例,按照就诊顺序将其分为观察组56例和对照组51例。对照组给予盐酸硫必利进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用可乐定透皮贴剂治疗。在治疗前及治疗后2、4、8w分别采用耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)进行疗效的评定和对比,同时观察和记录两组患儿不良反应发生情况。结果与治疗前比较,治疗第2、4、8w观察组YGTSS总分均较治疗前降低,而对照组仅第4、8w较治疗前降低(P<均0.05)。治疗第2、4、8w两组YGTSS总分比较,P<0.05。观察组不良反应发生率为8.92%,对照组为7.87%,P>0.05。两组不良反应发生例数分别为5例和4例。结论盐酸硫必利联合可乐定透皮贴剂治疗TD起效快,疗效好,且不良反应发生率无明显差异。Objective To observe the effects of tiapride combined with clonidine transdermal patch on children with tic disorders(TD). Method Choose one hundred and seven children with TD who visit Hebei Children's Hospital neurology clinic during January 2015 to August 2016. Those patients were divided into study group(n=fifty-six) and control group(n=fifty-one). The control group was only given tiapride, which the study group was given clonidine transdermal patch in addition. After 2, 4, 8 weeks of treatment, the efficacy of the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS) was assessed and compared,and the adverse reactions of both groups were observed and recorded. Results Compared with no treatment, after 2, 4, 8 weeks of treatment, the YGTSS score of study group was reduced, and the control group only 4, 8 weeks is lower(P<0.05). Treatment of 2, 4, 8 weeks, two groups of YGTSS score comparison(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was 8.92%, the control group was 7.87%(P<0.05). In two groups the cases of adverse reactions respectively are five and four. ConclusionTiapride in combination with clonidine transdermal patch for treating tic disorders work fast, good curative effect, and the incidence of adverse reactions to the same.
