独立学院基于模块化订单式模式的管理初探--以昆明理工大学津桥学院酒店管理专业为例

摘　　要：独立学院作为转型发展的先驱,实施模块化订单式教学模式为教育教学改革注入了新活力,是促进校企合作的有效路径。推行模块化订单式培养模式,需要科学系统的教学管理作为保障。昆明理工大学津桥学院酒店管理专业以学生职业发展为前提,借鉴国内外经验,通过重新构建人才培养方案、推动实施完全学分制和创新改革考核方式的教学管理措施,有效保障了酒店管理专业模块化订单式教学模式的实施。Independent college as a pioneer in the transformation and development, the implementation of modular order -based teaching mode has injected new vitality into education and teaching reform, so it is an effective way to promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises. The implementation of modular order -based training mode needs take scientific and systematic teaching management as a guarantee. Hotel management specialty in Oxbridge College of Kunming University of Science and Technology takes student career development as the premise, learns from domestic and foreign experience, takes some teaching management measures, including reconstructing personnel training program, promoting the implementation of the full credit system and innovating and reforming assessment methods, which effectively protect the implementation of modular order-based teaching mode.
