灵龟八法针法治疗偏头痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察灵龟八法针法对偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的偏头痛患者按随机数字表法以1∶1的比例分为灵龟八法组(30例)和循经取穴组(30例),灵龟八法组采用灵龟八法针法进行治疗,循经取穴组选取少阳经穴为主,针刺7d为1个疗程,2个疗程后进行疗效评价,并于治疗前后采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)和总有效率进行疗效评价。结果:灵龟八法组与循经取穴组均能改善偏头痛症状;与循经取穴组比较,灵龟八法组VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义;治疗后灵龟八法组总有效率90%,优于循经取穴组的80%。结论:灵龟八法针法能够有效地缓解偏头痛的发作。Objective： To observe Lingguibafa migraine effect. Methods： 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of migraine sufferers, according to a random number method with 1：1 ratio, were divided into Lingguibafa group （30 cases ） and meridian acupoints group （30 cases） , Lingguibafa group with Lingguibafa treatment, meridian acupoints group selected Shaoyang Meridian, acupuncture seven days for a course, efficacy evaluation after two courses. Respectively, using visual analog scale （VAS） and total efficiency before and after treatment were evaluable. Results： Both lingguibafa group and meridian acupoints group can improve the symptoms of migraine; Compared with the meridian acupoints group, the vas score of lingguibafa group was significant difference. After treatment, Lingguibafa total effective rate of 90% , better than 80 percent meridian acupoints group. Conclusion： Lingguibafa can effectively relieve migraine attacks.
