摘　　要：在雷达航迹与飞行计划自动相关分析过程中,引入了事件树(Event Tree Analysis,ETA)和故障模式影响分析(Failure Mode Effects Analysis,FMEA)的分析方法,构建了雷达航迹与飞行计划自动相关的事件树和FMEA表格。利用事件树,可以得到自动相关成功的路径,并可以计算自动相关的成功概率和失败概率;FMEA表格列举了各种影响自动相关的因素及其产生原因,为制定提高相关率的措施提供依据。In this paper, the event tree analysis （ETA） method and the failure mode effects analysis （FMEA） method are introduced to analyze the auto-relation process between the radar track and flight plan. According to the ETA constructed in this paper, the successful paths of auto-relation can be obtained and the success probability or failure probability of auto-relation can be calculated. Measures for improving the auto-relation ratio can be formulated on the basis of the FMEA form proposed in this paper.
