摘 要:为了研究高产期不同产蛋水平蛋鸡肠道微生物多样性特征,探究肠道微生物与蛋鸡产蛋水平之间的关联性。应用16SrRNA基因V4~V5区进行高通量测序,检测高产期3个产蛋水平(高产组/低产组/极低产组:6只/6只/3只)蛋鸡粪便样品微生物的组成与菌群分布。结果表明:厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)在3组中均为优势菌群(≥1%),但各自占比在3组中有所差异;在属水平上,高产组中乳杆菌属丰度(66.05%)是极低产组(20.93%)的3倍;PCoA检测显示不同产蛋水平蛋鸡微生物群落结构差异明显,乳酸杆菌属是不同产蛋水平蛋鸡肠道微生物菌群差异的主要菌属,推测其在肠道微生物中的占比与产蛋水平存在着关联性。In order to study the character of intestinal microbial diversity in laying hens at different stages,and investigate the relationship between intestinal microflora and level of egg laying hens. High-throughput sequencing of V4 V5 variable regions of 16S rRNA genes was utilized to detect the composition and distribution of microorganisms in 3 stages of laying hens (high yield group/ low yield group/very low yield group,n=6 : 6 : 3). The results showed that the Firmicutes, Bacteroidetes Actinobacteria,Proteobacteria were all dominant bacteria in the 3 groups (≥ 1%), but the proportion in the 3 groups were different. In the genus level, the abundance of genus Lacto- bacillus (66. 05%) in high yield group was 3 times than that in low group (20. 93%);PCoA showed differences of microbial community structure in different level of laying hens laying obvi- ously,Lactobacilli was predominant specie in different intestinal microbial flora of all levels of egg laying hens,the proportion of which in intestinal microflora assumed to have relation with egg lay- ing performance.
