摘  要:飞行仿真转台作为航空、航天领域中进行半实物仿真和测试的关键设备,在飞行器的研制过程中起着非常关键的作用;以五轴飞行仿真转台为研究对象,介绍了系统的软硬件平台设计体系,然后根据软件控制系统的基本原则,采用模块化设计,以通用性、安全性为出发点,采用面向对象的程序设计思想,分别从模式选择、实时显示、数据保存、精度补偿、状态监控、安全保护和网络通讯等7个方面阐述了其设计思想;该系统经过实际的联机测试和控制实验,证明稳定可靠,界面友好,达到了理想的效果。Flight simulation turntable in aviation, aerospace filed of semi--physical simulation and testing is an important equipment in the development of aircraft, plays a key role in the process. In this paper, five--axis flight simulation turntable for the study, introduced the system hardware and software platform design system, and then based on the basic principles of software eontrol system, modular design, versatility, security as the starting point, using object--oriented programming. The paper expounds its design thought from seven aspects: mode selection, real--time display, data saving, preeision compensation, state monitoring, security protection and network communication. The system has been proved to be stable and reliable by the actual on--line lest and control experiment, and the interface its friendly, which achieves the desired effect.
