摘　　要：近年来各行业信息化的特征愈发凸显,信息化、网络化已成为企业快速发展的一个重要指标;伴随着人们对生活质量要求的提高,需求也发生着变化;为了适应服务型社会的整体趋势,从服务行业现状与面临的挑战出发,结合互联网发展趋势,基于Android的可视化后厨系统应运而生,具有重要的现实意义,它更好地满足了人们就餐的需求;该系统使用软、硬结合的开发方法,结合FFmpeg开源项目,采用C/S架构进行设计,服务器端与客户端遵循TCP/IP协议进行通信;该系统经测试可以应用于餐饮服务,消费者通过客户端可以观看到后厨的实时操作情况,可以为消费者提供更加透明的用餐体验;该系统在实时视频应用方面实现了创新,实现了餐饮服务的智能化,为用户提供了一种方便、快捷、实时性强的可视化后厨体验,并且也为餐馆的管理者提供了一种更加实用的监管途径。In recent years, information and network have become the important indicators of enterprise developnmnt. With the improve ruent of people＇s quality of life, people＇s demand is also changing. To adapt to the trend of the service nrented society, the kitchen visualiza tion system based on Android, which is from the current situation of the service industry and the challenge, combining with the development lrend of internet, emerge as the times require. This has an imporlant practical significance, it is better to meet the needs of people dining. The system uses the soft and hard combination of development methods, combined with the FFmpeg open source project, and using the C/S architecture to design. The server and client follow the TCP/IP protocol for communication. By the test, this system can he used in catering trade, which can provide consumers witha more transparent dining experience. This system has realized the innovation in the real time video application. Not only provides a real ＂ time visualization of kitchen experience but also provides a more practical regulatory approach for restaurants＇ manager.
