固定矫治初期疼痛调查及镇痛治疗

摘　　要：目的观察疼痛干预在口腔固定矫正初始期镇痛效果,探讨初始粘接托槽后不同时间疼痛程度。方法对93例初戴正畸托槽的患者按照粘接时间分组后,进行初始弓丝放置后72 h内疼痛程度的调查及使用镇痛药物治疗效果的记录。结果粘接托槽术后5~6 h组以轻度疼痛为主,术后10~24 h组以中度疼痛为主,术后24~48 h组以重度疼痛为主,术后48~72h组以中度疼痛为主。给予干预后,中度疼痛的患者疼痛基本都能缓解至轻度疼痛,重度疼痛下降至中度疼痛和轻度疼痛。结论正畸固定矫治初始粘接托槽置入初始弓丝后给予奥尔芬镇痛,镇痛效果显著。Objective To observe the analgesia effect of pain intervention for early fixed orthodontic treatment and discuss the degree of orthodontic pain during different periods after adhesive brackets. Methods 93 patients who underwent orthodontic bracket treatment were divided into four groups according to the different times after wearing appliance. And the degree of pain within 72 hours after first wire was investigated; the analgesia effect of the analgesic drugs used by the patients was recorded. Results After bracket bonding 5- 6 hours group mainly had mild pain, 10-24 hours group mainly had moderate pain, while 24-48 hours group primarily had severe pain and 48-72 hours group mostly had moderate pain. After the intervention, the moderate pain could decline to mild pain basically, and severe pain could decrease to moderate pain and mild pain. Conclusion The postoperative analgesic effect of Olfen is remarkable for patients with initial brackets and archwire placement during different operation periods.
