摘　　要：后牙区常规种植修复一般需要5~7 mm的修复空间,然而临床上经常存在颌间距离不足的患者,如何克服修复空间不足的限制,减少机械并发症和生物学并发症的发生,完美地恢复咬合,提高咀嚼效率,改善患者的健康和生活质量,这是种植修复面临的挑战。本文就后牙区颌间距离不足种植修复策略作一综述。The repair space in the posterior region needs 5-7 mm in conventional implant restoration generally, however there are of- ten many patients with limited interocclusal space. How to overcome the limitations of repair space, reduce the mechanical and biologi- cal complications, recover occlusion ideally, improve chewing efficiency and the patientls health and quality of life, these are the chal- lenges of implant restoration. The implant restoration strategies to posterior region with limited interocclusal space are reviewed in the paper.
