个体化舌侧矫治器联合微种植体支抗在正畸中的应用

摘　　要：现代正畸技术随着患者要求的提高,正在向兼顾功能和美观的方向发展,隐形矫治技术应运而生,个体化舌侧矫治技术作为除无托槽隐形矫治技术以外的另一种隐形矫治方法,有其独到的优点,微种植支抗的引入,显著改善了舌侧矫治技术的生物力学效应,深受广大医生及患者的欢迎。本文将从个性化舌侧矫治联合微种植支抗的生物力学特点、三维有限元分析、微种植体稳定性、舌侧矫治器对口腔功能的影响及患者满意度几方面作一综述,为个体化舌侧矫治器联合微种植支抗的临床应用提供参考依据。With the increasing demands of adult orthodontic patients, modern orthodontic is concerned more about both functional and aesthetic effects.As an alternative invisible method in addition to Invisalign, customized lingual appliance has its unique advantages. Temporary anchorage device（TAD） or micro-implant anchorage, significantly improves the biomechanical effect of customized lingual appliance, which is welcomed by majority orthodontic practitioner and adult patients, especially females.This passage is going to make a review of customized lingual appliance combined with TAD from the aspects of its biomechanical characters, 3-D finite element analysis, the stability of micro-implant, influence on oral functions and patient satisfaction, to provide some reference for the clinical application of customized lingual appliance assisted by TAD.
