高校辅导员队伍职业化建设的窒碍与破解

摘　　要：职业队伍不稳、职业定位偏差、职业素养不足、职业培育缺位、培训效果欠佳、考评机制尚不科学等,是当前高校辅导员队伍职业化建设面临的困境。设立高校辅导员硕士专业、构建高校辅导员能力标准、强化高校辅导员校本培训、创新高校辅导员管理模式、建立高校辅导员职级体系、完善高校辅导员考评机制等是破解高校辅导员队伍职业化建设窒碍的有效途径。The instability of professional team, professional orientation deviation, lack of professional quality, lack of professional culti- vation, poor training effect, unscientific evaluation mechanism, etc. , are currently the plight of the professionalization of college coun-selor teams construction. We should set up college master counselor team, establish college counselors＇professional standards, strengthen the school - based training of college counselors, and innovate the management mode of college counselors, establish the college counselor ranking system and perfect the evaluation mechanism of college counselors.
