40例胃粘膜及胃癌组织的LPLUNC1表达分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨LPLUNC1蛋白在胃癌及正常胃粘膜中的表达。方法:免疫组化检测40例胃癌及对应癌旁组织LPLUNC1的表达及其分布特点,分析LPLUNC1在胃癌及对应癌旁组织的表达差异。结果:LPLUNC1表达于胃粘膜上皮和胃底腺,在胃癌中表达明显下调或缺失,LPLUNC1在正常胃粘膜组织中的表达率为92.5%(37/40),且均呈现强阳性表达,胃癌中LPLUNC1的表达率为40%(16/40),表达强度也不一致。结论:LPLUNC1在胃癌组织中表达下调或缺失,而在正常胃粘膜及粘膜腺体中出现表达,两者在表达率和表达强度上存在显著差异(P<0.001),提示LPLUNC1的表达下调或缺失与胃癌的发生存在一定的关系。Objective： To investigate the expression of IPLUNC1 in gastric carcinoma tissues and matched normal gastric mucosa. Method： Immunohistochemistry staining was used to determine the differential expression and subcellular loca- tion of LPLUNC1 in gastric cancer tissues and paired peripheral normal gastric mucosa. Results： LPLUNClwas strongly expressed in lining epithelium and cells of fundus gland at a ratio of 92.5% （37/40） compared to 40% （16/40） in tumor cell of gastric carcinoma with variable intensity. Conclusion： LPLUNC1 is down-regulated or loss of expression in gastric carcinoma tissues whereas is expressed in cells of gastric mucosa and glands. There is an evident statistical difference in ratio and intensity of expression in two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）, and it indicates that dysregulated expression of LPLUNC1 plays a role in carcinogenesis of gastric carcinoma.
