摘　　要：应用固相萃取(SPE)-高效液相色谱(HPLC)-串联质谱(MS/MS)联用技术建立方法,分析珠江局部流域水体环境中四环素类、磺胺类、大环内酯类、氟喹诺酮类、离子载体类等41种抗生素化合物含量状况。结果表明,检出物浓度介于0.2~740 ng/L之间,其中10种抗生素在所采集样品中100%检出,大环内酯类、磺胺类检出质量浓度较高,占到检出抗生素类总量的67%,检出物含量与人口分布密度呈正相关。The occurrence and seasonal changes of antibiotics in part of Pearl River were studied using high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry with multiple reaction monito ring （MRM）, 41 antibiotics were studied, including tetracyclines, sulfonamides, macrolides, fluoroquinolones and ion carrier. The Result showed that the detection concentration was between 0. 2 - 740 ng/L, 10 antibiotics compounds were detected in 100% of the samples. Sulfonamides and macrolides had higher mass concentration, accounted for 67% of the total detected antibiotics, there was a positive correlation between the content and the distribution density.
