摘　　要：应用型大学在人才培养上较注重学生的动手能力和实践操作技能。通过对专业技术课药物分析实验课程进行积极改革和探索,包括开设实验项目的优化、实验过程的指导与技能训练、实验室开放运行、预习报告和实验报告的设计及考核和评价方式改革等,旨在激发学生对实验教学的学习兴趣,规范指导和训练过程的教学标准,提高应用型大学的人才培养质量,在实际运行中取得了较好的效果。Students＇ operational skills attract more and more attention in application-oriented universities. There were some reform and exploration on the pharmaceutical analysis experimental teaching including project optimization, guidance and training of skills, open management of laboratory, report design, and examination reform, and so on. The aims of these attempts were to stimulate students＇ interest in experimental teaching, standardize training process and improve students＇ quality. Some good results were obtained in practical operation.
