摘　　要：若将煤矿企业中的职工视为一个完整的系统,与煤矿企业职工危险行为相关的因素有很多。从系统的内部各要素分析,有煤矿企业职工自主性约束和职工的生理素质,职工心理因素。另外,从系统的外部要素分析,有职工文化程度,安全激励、工作环境和职工从业年限等相关性因素。分析了这些内外因素,对煤矿安全生产具有一定指导意义。If the workers in coal mine enterprises are regarded as a system of integrity, there are many factor s that are related to the risk behaviors of coal mining enterprises. From the analysis of the internal elements of the system, there are the coal mine enterprise workerss autonomy constraints and the physiological quality of work ers, workers＇psychological factors. In addition, the analysis of the external factors of the system, there are the cultural level of workers, security incentives, the working environment and the number of employees and other related factors. Analysis of these internal and external factors, the coal mine safety production has certain guiding sig nificance.
