妇科肿瘤合并急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床研究

摘　　要：目的对比观察76例妇科肿瘤合并急性下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的临床特点,为临床诊治提供依据。方法选取我院2013年1月~2014年1月收治的妇科肿瘤合并急性下肢DVT患者76例作为本次研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为2组各38例,对照组给予保守治疗,观察组给予手术取栓治疗。治疗完成后2组均连续观察14d,检测并比较2组治疗前后血小板(PLT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、凝血酶原时间(PT)以及新血栓形成率。结果治疗前两组PLT、Fbg、PT比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组PLT、Fbg下调(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新血栓形成率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术取栓治疗妇科肿瘤合并急性下肢DVT的效果显著,可作为首选治疗方案之一。Objective To compare the clinical characteristics of 76 cases of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity, and to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods In our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were gynecological cancer complicated with acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in 76 patients as the research object,randomly divided into 2 groups with 38 cases in each group, the control group received conservative treatment, the observation group was given surgical thrombeetomy. After the completion of the 2 groups were observed for 14 d detection,and compared before and after treatment in the 2 groups of platelet（PLT）,fibrinogen（Fbg） ,prothrombin time（PT）and the new rate of thrombosis Results Before treatment,2 groups of PLT, Fbg and PT, there were no significant differences （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; the 2 groups after treatment of PLT, Fbg were significantly down regulation （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The new thrombosis rate lower than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of surgical treatment of gynecological tumor complicated with acute lower extremity DVT is significant, which can be used as the treatment of choice for clinical.
