摘 要:在鞋类结构设计领域中,主要是通过手工及经验来完成曲跷过程,随着现代科技的飞速发展,对鞋类结构设计的曲跷技术提出了更高的要求,本文通过分析样板曲跷方法和影响曲跷精度主要原因,运用神经网络模型分析技术,将样板曲跷经验与计算机辅助技术深度融合,找出样板精准曲跷共性数据源,建立鞋类样板曲跷技术模型,并提出鞋类结构设计精准曲跷技术相关的概念,实现了一种有效转化结构设计经验及应用方法,以现代化技术手段降低结构设计过程中的量化误差。In the field of shoe structural design, it's mainly through the handwork and experience to complete the process of bending. With the rapid development of modem science and technology, the higher requirements for the design of the shoes structure are made. In this paper, through the analysis of method on warpage locating and the main reason on influence of its precision, neural network combining deeply with a mix of experience and computer aided design technology was applied for finding common data source of the precise warpage locating model, establishing warpage locating model of shoes. And the shoe pattern design of precision warping locating technology related concepts were constructed. The experience and application method of effective transformation structure design are realized, the quantization error was reduced through modem technology in the process of shoe designing.
