摘　　要：毕业实习是高校人才培养和学生就业过程中的重要环节。但目前毕业实习存在实习机会有限、学生实习目的不明确、毕业实习管理困难等诸多现实问题。文章针对目前毕业实习的现状,对毕业实习现状进行了解析,探讨其对大学生就业择业的指导意义,对高校的实践教学和就业择业具有实际意义。Graduation practice is an important unit in the process of talent training and employment in high school. However, there are many practical problems such as limited internship opportunities, unclear students＂ practice objectives and difficult management of graduation practice. Based on the present situation of graduation practice, the relationship between the graduation practice and undergraduate employment and career choice was analyzed. It has practical significance for the practical teaching and employment career.
