摘  要:目的:建立红花软胶囊中亚油酸含量的检测方法。方法:色谱柱为固定液88%二氰丙基聚硅氧烷(60 m×0.25 mm,0.20μm),检测器为氢焰离子化检测器,检测器温度280℃,进样口温度250℃,柱温控制采用程序升温,以140℃为起始柱温,保持5 min,以4℃/min升温至240℃,保持15 min。载气为氮气,载气流速:1.0 m L/min,分流比为30∶1。结果:用亚油酸甲酯作对照,其线性范围0.270 5~5.403 3 mg/m L,γ=0.999 8,平均回收率为97.02%(RSD=1.3%,n=9)。结论:该方法准确、灵敏高、重现性好,可用于红花软胶囊中亚油酸含量的测定。Objective :To establish the gas chromatograph method for quantitative determinate of linoleic acid in safflower soft caplsule. Methods : A column of 88 % two cyanopropyl polysiloxane (60 m × 0. 25 mm, 0. 20μm) was used. The FID was used as a detector, the temperature of the detector was 280 ℃. The injection port temperature was 250 ℃. The column tempera- ture was controlled by temperature programming to 140 ℃ as a starting column, holded 5 min, with 4℃/min heated to 240 ℃, holded 15min, nitrogen was used an carrier gas, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the splitting ratio was 30: 1. Results:The line- ar range of linoleum acid was O. 270 5 - 5. 4033 mg/mL(r = 0.999 8), the average recovery was 97.02% ( RSD = 1.3 % , n = 9). Conclusion : This GC method was accurate, sensitive and reproducible for the determination of safflower linoleic acid con- tent in soft capsules.
