外向型专业学生国外就业困境及应对策略

摘　　要：外向型专业指的是以培养具有较强的外语听、说、读、写、译能力和相关专业知识,以在国外或国内涉外机构就业为主要就业方向的专业。通过探讨外向型专业学生的国外就业困境问题,提出高校需要从加强外向型专业建设、提高外向型专业人才培养质量、搭建专门的就业平台,做好学生学业规划、就业规划、就业指导和就业服务等方面进行思考和改革的应对策略。Foreign - oriented majors refer to those majors focus on cultivating students with excellent a- bility in listening, speaking, writing and translating and relevant professions in order to find jobs abroad or homeland related to foreign affairs. The thesis first discusses employment difficulties abroad and then provides some suggestions, such as professional construction, talents cultivation and job opportunities creation. Meanwhile, some countermeasures have put forth to help students design plans on study and employment, and provides guidance and services.
