摘　　要：目的:探究酒依赖患者的家庭环境及患者家属的心理状态。方法:将120例酒依赖患者的家属作为研究组,并招募120名健康志愿者的家属作为对照组,采用家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对两组家属进行问卷调查。采用协方差分析比较两组SCL-90和FES-CV评分。结果:研究组SCL-90评分在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑等评分显著高于对照组(F=12.548,9.696,41.854;P均<0.05);角色对SCL-90评分无明显影响。研究组FES-CV在亲密度、情感表达、娱乐性、组织性等评分显著低于对照组(F=26.877,8.639,10.225,33.208;P均<0.01);矛盾性明显高于对照组(F=22.384,P<0.01);角色对FES-CV评分无明显影响。结论:酒依赖患者的家庭环境较差,患者家属有较多的抑郁和焦虑症状,需给予适当的心理干预。Objective：To explore the family environment of patients with alcohol dependence and psychological state of family members of patients.Method：A total of 120 family members of patients with alcohol dependence were recruited as study group.Another 120 family members of healthy volunteers were recruited and regarded as the control group.They were assessed by the family environment scale-Chinese version（FES-CV）and the symptom checklist（SCL-90）.The scores of SCL-90 and FES-CV were compared by covariance analysis.Results：The somatization depression and anxiety score of SCL-90 in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（F=12.548,9.696,41.854;P〈0.05）;the role factor had no significant effect on SCL-90 score.The score of intimacy,emotional expression,entertainment and organization of FES-CV in study group were significantly lower than those in control group（F=26.877,8.639,10.225,33.208;P〈0.01）;the contradiction was significantly higher than that of control group（F=22.384,P〈0.01）;the role factor had no significant effect on FES-CV score.Conclusion：The family environment of patients with alcohol dependence is poor,the family members of patients have more depression and anxiety symptoms,they need to be given appropriate psychological intervention.
