摘 要:超级电容器因其功率密度大、充放电效率高、工作温度范围宽、使用寿命长等突出优点,广泛应用于城市轨道交通等诸多领域。介绍了超级电容有轨电车供电系统,建立了超级电容的数学模型,介绍了超级电容的串并联技术,推导了超级电容的充放电特性数学表达式,在此基础上设计了一种由超级电容模组串并联组成的超级电容供电系统,实验结果表明,该系统充、放电特性皆满足设计要求,对超级电容有轨电车供电具有应用推广价值。Super capacitor is widely used in urban railway and other fields because of its high power density, high charging and discharging efficiency,wide operating temperature range,long service life,etc.The power supply system for the super capacitor tramcar is introduced.The mathematical model of the super capacitor is established, the series- parallel technology of the super capacitor is analyzed, and the mathematical expression of the charging and discharg- ing characteristics of the super capacitor is derived.Based on this, a super capacitor power supply system composed of super capacitor modules serial-parallel is designed.The experimental results show that the charging and discharging performance of the system can both satisfy the design requirements, therefore it has application value to the power supply for the super capacitor tramcar.
