摘　　要：高职院校培养具有现代"工匠精神"的职业人,校园文化与企业文化对接与融合尤为重要,江苏财经职业技术学院通过打造景观文化、培育专业文化、融入企业文化、传承伟人文化、嵌入地方文化等措施,双向共推,促使校园文化与企业文化相对接,专业文化与企业文化有机融合。To cultivate a professional person with modern ＂artisan spirit＂ , it is important to blend campus culture and corporate culture in vocational colleges. To achieve this goal, Jiangsu Finance Vocational and Technical College takes some effective measures by creating landscape culture, cultivating professional culture, embedding the enterprise culture, inheriting great man culture, embedding the local culture and other measures, a total of two push. All these measures tend to promote the combination between the campus culture and corporate culture , and the organic integration of the professional culture and corporate culture.
