两种“劳工力量”的再解析——以S市和H区码头工人的工业行动为例

摘　　要：赖特将劳工的力量分为"结构力量"和"结社力量",并认为这两种"劳工力量"将对劳资关系博弈产生实质性的影响。赖特关于两种"劳工力量"的认知和阐述有其局限性。现实劳资关系博弈过程中,两种"劳工力量"的生成与演变,往往受到多重因素的制约。本文以S市和H区两地码头工人的工业行动为例,对两种"劳工力量"的生成与演变展开具体分析,认为两种"劳工力量"在劳资博弈过程中的作用发挥,需跨越劳动力市场和劳动生产过程的界限,立足于国家、市场与社会更广阔的视阈,才能获得较有说服力的解释。Wright classified the labor power into ＂structural power＂ and ＂associational power＂ , and emphasized that the two types of ＂labor power＂ would have a substantial impact on the labor-capital disputes. Wright has his limitation on cognizing an elaborating the two types of ＂labor power＂ . In the process of labor-capital disputes, the formation and evolution of two types of ＂labor power＂ are often restricted by many factors. Taking the S city and H region Dockers＇ industrial action as an example, this article will carry out a detailed analysis on the evolution of the two types of ＂labor power＂ , and demonstrate a brief that the two types of ＂labor power＂ won＇ t play its role in the process of labor market and production process, from a broader perspective of the state, market and society, thereby obtaining a convincing explanation.
