摘 要:为规范和指导冷库建设施工,以冷库建设实施阶段(土建施工、设备安装、设备调试)为主要研究对象,运用WBS工作分解结构、专家头脑风暴、调查表等方法,对冷库建设过程中的风险因素进行识别、风险量化和分析排序,最终得出冷库建设过程中的外部风险、技术风险、管理风险、施工风险四大类风险问题及十大具体风险问题,通过与实际工程中存在问题的统计结果进行对比,验证了风险识别结果的正确性并指出了风险问题的应对措施。风险识别结果可以为冷库建设过程中的风险管理提供理论依据。In order to standardize and guide the construction of cold storage, taking implementation phases of the construction of Cold Storage (Civil Construction, Equipment Installation, Equipment Debugging) as the main object of research, using scientific methods, such as WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), experts brainstorming, and questionnaire to identify, quantify, and analytical sort the risk factors causing in the process of construction of Cold Storage, finally coming to four risk issues: the external risks, the technical risks, the management risks, and the construction risks as well as other ten specific risk issues. By comparing with the statistical results of the problems in the actual project, the correctness of the risk identification results is verified and the countermeasures of the risk problems are pointed out. The risk identification results can provide the theoretical basis for the risks management in the process of construction of refrigeration storage.
