摘 要:目的:研究蒙药额尔顿·乌日勒对血清一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)在大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤(RIR)中的影响,探讨额尔顿·乌日勒对大鼠RIR的保护作用及其相关机制。方法:通过高眼压法造成RIR模型,采用ELISA方法对160只RIR大鼠血清中NO、NOS含量进行测定。结果:视网膜缺血再灌注后模型组NO和NOS含量非常显著地高于空白组(P<0.01),12h、24h、48h高剂量组NO含量非常显著地低于模型组(P<0.01),24h、48h低、中剂量组NO含量显著地低于模型组(P<0.05),24h、48h高剂量组NOS含量显著地低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:蒙药额尔敦·乌日勒能降低RIR血清中NO、NOS含量,能够减轻视网膜组织损伤,对视网膜缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。Objective:Study on Mongolian medicine Erdun-wurile on serum nitric oxide( NO) and nitric oxide synthase ( NOS ) in rat retinal ischemia and reperfusion ( RIR ) effects of Erdun-wurile of RIR injury protective effects and related mechanisms. Methods:the high intraocular pressure by the method of RIR model,using ELISA method of NO and NOS in serum of 160 RIR rats were determined. Results:the contents of NO and NOS in retinal ischemia and reperfusion model group were significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.01),the NO content of 12h,24h,48h high dose group was significantly lower than the model group(P〈0. 01),the NO content of the 24h,48h low,middle dose group was significantly lower than the model group(P〈0. 05),the NOS content of the 24h,48h high dose group was significantly lower than the model group ( P〈0 . 05 ) . Conclusion:Mongolian Medicine Erdun-wurile can reduce the contents of NO and NOS in serum of RIR, can reduce the damage of retina,and has a protective effect in the retinal ischemia reperfusion injury.
