摘　　要：目的探讨血浆胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C水平和脑梗死之间的关联。方法选取2015年3月至2016年3月在我院诊断和治疗的48例脑梗死患者作为研究组,另外选择同期体检的健康患者48例作为常规组,通过颗粒增强免疫比浊法测定两组患者的血浆胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C水平,并探讨血浆胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C水平和脑梗死之间的关联。结果研究组患者的血浆胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C水平比常规组高(P<0.05)。两组患者进行多元素回顾性分析,血浆胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C水平有效的预测了脑梗死体积,二者关联性极强。结论血浆胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C水平与脑梗死之间的关系,血浆胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C升高脑梗死患者梗死面积和神经缺损程度越高,它可以有效的预测脑梗死。Objective To study the plasma cystine protease inhibitors C level and the correlation between cerebral infarction. Methods March 2015 - March 2016 in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of 48 patients with cerebral infarction were as a team, the other choice during the same period of 48 patients with health as a regular group, reinforced by particles immune turbidimetric method was developed for the determination of two groups of patients with plasma cystine protease inhibitors C level, and to explore the plasma cystine protease inhibitors C level and the correlation between cerebral infarction. Results The patients plasma cystine protease inhibitors of the C level is higher than conventional group （P〈0.05）. Two groups of patients with multiple elements were retrospectively analyzed, and the plasma cystine protease inhibitors C level effectively predict the cerebral infarction volume, both strong correlation. Conclusion Plasma cystine protease inhibitors C levels and cerebral infarction, the relationship between the plasma cystine protease inhibitors C rise in cerebral infarction natients with infarction area and the higher the degree of nerve defect, it can effectively nrediet cerebral infaretion
