摘　　要：美国政府十分重视信息公开与公众的知情权,鉴于食品安全问题复杂,美国在食品安全档案信息检查和质量控制的基础上,提出食品安全系统的新思路,运用市场、新技术和社交网络加快建立食品安全档案系统,促进食品安全问题的交流,将食品安全推向公众关注。食品安全工作组将消费者、食品生产企业和监管机构组织在一起,建立一个透明的食品安全档案系统。将食品安全管理从对食品安全问题反应转向预防。对比美国,我国民众参加食品安全档案系统监管仍处于初级阶段,通过研究美国食品安全档案系统的发展历程,学习美国民众参与食品安全档案系统的经验,有利于我国建立民众参与的食品安全档案系统。The US government attaches great importance to the public＇ s right to know. US food safety issues are complex. The United States proposed food safety system of new ideas. The use of markets, new technologies and social networks promote the establishment of food safety archives system to promote food safety issues. The Food Safety Working Group organized consum- ers, food producers and regulators to create a transparent food safety archives system. Prevent food safety management from re- sponding to food safety issues. Compared with the United States, China＇ s public participation in food safety supervision is still in the exploratory stage, through the study of the US food safety archives system development process, learn from the US public participation in food safety archives system experience, to coarse and fine, help to establish a sound public participation in food safety archives system.
