摘　　要：高职院校要紧跟时代步伐,充分认识在高职学生中进行创新创业教育的重要性,要理清思路,明确目标,构建符合高职特色的创业教育新模式从创业素质胜任力分析入手,基于对素质模型的研究,提出了一套贯穿大学三年具有实践意义的高职创业教育新模式。The higher vocational college should keep pace with the times and fully understand the significance of innovation and entrepreneurship education among higher vocational college students. Besides, the college should get ideas into shape and set up clear objectives to establish a new model of entrepreneurship education in line with the characteristics of higher vocational college. Starting from the analysis of competency of entrepreneurship quality and based on the study of quality model, the paper puts forward a new practical model of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational college throughout three years.
