摘 要:本文开展不同接种数量和接种时间对花绒寄甲室内寄生替代寄主的影响实验,结果表明:1)不同接种数量和接种时间对花绒寄甲室内寄生替代寄主的结茧率与羽化率的影响均存在极显著差异,同时对花绒寄甲成虫体长、体宽、头宽与翅长等体型指标也存在显著影响。2)每头替代寄主蛹接种3头花绒寄甲幼虫的接种密度,寄生效果最佳。3)选用替代寄主刚化的蛹进行寄生,寄生效果最佳。In this paper,the effects of different inoculation amount and inoculation time on parasitic alternative host in laboratory of Dastarcus helophoroides were investigated in laboratory. The results showed that,there were significant differences in the cocoon rate and eclosion rate of the effects of different inoculation amount and inoculation time to D.helophoroides parasitic alternative host,and the body length,body width,head width and wing length were also influenced significantly. The best parasitic effect of the inoculation density was that alternative host pupae were inoculated with three D.helophoroides larvae per head. The best parasitic effect of inoculation time was that fresh pupa was chosen to be parasitic.
